It is very important to patrol in transformer substation, in order to keep the production and safety in gear. In the passed, we must go to everywhere everyday to check the substation and collect vast data. In this way, we couldn' t keep the daily checking conveniently, especially the daily maintenance. Because of the tautology, it did disgust some workers sometimes, so that some reports were finished without checking, which evidently excurse our motive. Though automatization advanced and nobody-running developed, we need to check parts of equipment in a certain time. How to resolve this conflict.The brainpower-robot was developed into H-technique whose scheme flexible and convenience basing on the fact of Shandong. This program was invested in 2002 by Shandong Electric-power Academe, Shandong Luneng Intellengence Technology Ltd. , the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology and Systems Tsinghua University. It not only protects the passed investment, but also guarantees the production safe credibly. The robot is a complex system including the syncretized technique of transducer, compatibili-ty of electromagnetism, the navigation and be-havior programming, vision, sound, great cap-acity of transmission steadily. In the spot experiment, the robot can do all or most of the checking instead of people. He can find out the differences, limitation, and malfunction imme-diately, so that we can dispose immediately and keep everything gonging on well. Therefore the robot is an alarm or safe police.
