Research Of Mine Multipurpose Detecting And Supervising Control Substation Based On Vxworks

Coal is the very important energy resource of our country. With the nation's increasing recognitions for security of coal production and needs for modern management of mine bureaus, Mine Detecting and Supervising Control System plays more important rules than before. In this article, Mine Detecting and Supervising Control System is analyzed and designed based on S3C4510B, aiming at the current facts in mines.According to the present state and development of Mine Security Detecting and Supervising Technology and Embedded System, this paper analyzed the scheme of Mine Multipurpose Detecting and Supervising Control Substation and emphased in Security Detecting and Supervising Equipment of mine and the implementation of data collection and communication.This article adopts the method of modularization for implementing the system hardware design. Using S3C4510B as the central processor, the hardware design includes power module, reset module, memory module, communication module, input and output port module, display module and infrared receiver module.Because mine equipment has strict acquirement for system response time, the system must response the change of input port as quick as possible. The application software is designed based on the strong real-time system Vxworks.The Mine Multipurpose Detecting and Supervising Control Substation designed in this article could recognize many kinds of signals that sensors output, so it have good compatibility, and it uses Fiber and CAN Bus in the communication system, so it has good reliability. Usage of the embedded real-time operating system Vxworks, not only simplifies the application software design but also advances the reliability and the real-time capability. Additionally it makes the structure of the whole software better and has preferably expansibility.
