It is equally important significance that Developing new sources of water and sewage treatment.Vigorously develops the water treatment chemical to save the water used, the government sewage is playing the vital role.CLO2 widely used in urban sewage water recycling plant, oil field injection water, hospital sewage Industrial wastewater from the area and all walks of life and every aspect of people's lives. Can be said that the social and economic development and improve people's quality of life, without the contribution of CLO2.CLO2 producer is the use of CLO2 produced chemical equipment. This controller mainly controls temperature of CLO2 producer's reactor, and controls frequency of metering pump. The CLO2 producer with HT-3000 automatic controller is a equipment that produce CLO2 gas chemically, it's key technology is controlling temperature of reactor and producing CLO2 in proportion of water flow through setting frequency to metering pump. Automatic controller has two following main functions: One is automatically controlling temperature of CLO2 producer's reactor by measuring the reactor's water temperature using Pt100 thermo resistant and comparing the reference temperature, the other is setting frequency to metering pump by measuring water flow.This paper studies the existing chlorine dioxide generator control systems, in view of its many inadequacies. proposed a new chlorine dioxide generator automatic controller design options hardware and software design and the application of new technologies to be implemented. This paper introduces the principle of the system and the composition and design of software and hardware modules. and the function and performance of the test results were analyzed. The products have been successfully developed, through the Provincial Science and Technology Department and the technical evaluation. The results show that all targets were achieved design requirements, and similar products, the most advanced overall. The product has been soled since the beginning of the second half of 2006.It is popular on the application.The method of control temperature is FUZZY-PID, this control method can obtain the flowing advantages: temperature rising rapidly, eliminating steady-state error by PID control at the moment of constant temperature. In addition, the controller is added function to obtain close-loop control by measuring CLO2 content of sterilized water to control surplus age CLO2. Controller has been designed two ways of signal transportation. One is RS-485 serial communication; this controller has two interfaces of RS-485, adopting MODBUS agreement. The others is transmitting on-off signal for no computer. At the same time, this controller can also inspect and display sixteen work states, such as lacking water, lacking material, not enough pressure, failure alarming and so on.
