Construction In Yunnan Province The Traffic Guifeizhengshou Audit Bureau Wan System

With the highway traffic quick development in Yunnan province, the contradictory between toll levies and pays is becoming outstanding day by day. Aimed to increase the traffic toll steadily, to perfect the business management, to improve the management capability and to regulate the management behavior, it's necessary to further strengthen the research on technical method of toll levies.After the finish of the Yunnan Traffic Toll Bureau Wide Area Network (YTTBWAN), all the vehicles' register data and levies' record are stored in YTTBWAN's network management centre. By means of the long-distance access to the YTTBWAN, all the subordinates' daily business deals are completed on the WAN and the result are stored in the YTTBWAN's network management centre. So, by means of YTTBWAN, the top-down business management system is established, and different level institutes can get access to business information directly.The system which is introduced in this paper is the application expense in YTTBWAN. Now, this system has been put into use and realized our object. The designing of hardware and software is proved reasonable and feasible.
