Implanting development of embaded system is queen PC mainstream of the times most probably now. The development of the embaded system requires developers have very good system programming ability, the student's system programming ability will be able to have very big breakthroughs then if they can write an operating system while they are in studing as students. Coming into being in the computer field, the domestic CPU dragon core, is indicating , being fundamental system software's , being behind the science and technology developed country over in development of our country but, Owning independent intellectual property right's is comprehended without being told to the significance that the country computer estate develops.IA32 system structure is a popular hardware platform in the nowadays, but that system is very complicated system structure because of many history leaves over question. SwOS is a plan based on IA32. The goal of this study is to realize a part of the kernel of SwOS operating system which is a multitasking OS kernel.This study is only the initial part of the entile plan of SwOS, the entire SwOS plan will continue, for instance the network system, the driver of hardware and planting to other hardware platform are remaining to be solved. Although this is a initial part of the SwOS, it can run well on debugging.
