These two structures are inseparable and integrated as a whole in video conference system with the former focuses on hardware structure and the latter on software structure. Then the paper discusses the terminal system structure and network structure of system structure, and deeply analyzes the multi-point control unit MCU. Afterwards, elaborates on the network structure of video conference system.Then the paper states the standard system structure of video conference respectively: standard framework of H.320 and H.323 and their formation, focuses on the main standard and system control of H.323, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of adopting the network of H.320 and H.323.Currently, a single standard video conferencing system in the world has mature and practical technology, but there are still few programs about the application and technology of multi-contact video conference system under multi-agreement.
