Owing to the progress of computer network technology multimedia technology and communieation technology, the development and applieation of Video Conferenee technology become the hot spot of network technology.Although the bandwidth is trending to gradual increase for the improvement of technology,it is not enough to provide satisfied quality of services at the present time yet.Usually,bandwidth needed by transmission of multimedia data,especially video,is exceeding the through put of network providing. Video frame will be dropped when the network experiences congestion. The performance of data transmission may therefore be affected seriously.At first the paper introduces the key technology of transmission on video scheduling,then it inrtoudces the technology of Peer-to-peer adaptive transmission control, This paper's focuse is the Research on Multi - Point adaptive transmission on video scheduling. Desktop video conferencing system is one of the typical application, it is the multimedia communications platforms of individual computer terminals between real-time video, audio, data points - a multi-point communications Implemented by software . In order to avoid the flow of multimedia transmission to other Internet applications affected,desktop video conferencing system in the rational utilization of network resources to meet the needs of video conferencing ,at the same time it needs using Congestion Control also.The model of desktop video conference system is the basement of congestion control model. Based on a predigestion desktop video conference system based on SIP protocol, this paper introduces Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output adaptive congestion control model. It based on adaptive control,is a point to point congestion control model based on sending rate,and is aimed on the multi-point to multi-point applications. To reduce the flux of control channel and the response time,the model adopted the UDP protocol to transfer the feedback info,and it didn't retransmit the lost message, just embedded a conservative fix module fixing the feedback information for the validity of feedback information.
