Along with the development of computer technology,network communication technology and the multimedia technology development, the use of video conference in enterprise and government becomes more and more popular. Video conferences can save a lot of meeting expenses, and it can be used in office automation, emergency aid,on-site command scheduling and many other works, therefore it has a good growth prospects.This paper discusses the video conference system development course and background, also introduces the traditional video conference system structure and related technical agreement standard. Meanwhile, according to the procedure of computer system designing standard, the author of this paper carry on the video conference system overall demand analysis,confirm the system function, management, maintenance, equipment lines and environmental site needs. The writer makes the system network structure design and planning, also determins the network structure and design the topology of IP address, equipment name, routers, switches, and QoS strategy, network security, network management plan. According to the video conference company's product and its brands, we compared the advantages and disadvantages of the different video conference system. According to this, we decide which brand of equipment can be selected, and give the video conference network diagram and networking instructions. Throughing the system tests, we compare a variety of 3G access schemes which can be used as a remote video conference access method and determine which to be chosen. Eventually we form the video conference that based on multi-access methods for future comprehensive platform, which provides a solution for other enterprise and unit of other video conference constructions.
