Transportation optimization is a important issue in the area of supply chain management. In this article, the author exposited a set of issue towards the transportation optimization base on the project, which the author attended as the project manager. The author then tryed to give out a common solution which would be a protype solution for transportation dispatch in enterprise.The important issues in the process of transportation dispatching are what type of transportation vechicle the logstics enterprise will apoint to despatch, what kind of product or package will be shipped on the vechicle, which stops will be token for the vechicle, which rout will be follow by the vechicle. When we will try to explain and analyst the issues with mathimatic expression, the issues will be seperated into two type. One of it is routing planning issue and the other loading planning issue. In this article we will disuss how to build math model for the two issues and detail of the designation and realization of the solution base on the model.The core content of the article is base on the conception and methods of the theory of operation research, such like zero-one planning, column generation and some other direct solutions. In the designation conception many hot-new design technique, such as IoC (Inversion of Control), AOP (Aspect-Oriented Programming), were included in the article. Making the good use the design patterns in the practical circumstance will guarantee the high-speed developing and releasement qualification.
