The Design And Implementation Of Transportation Operation Management System For Logistics Enterprises

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's transportation industry,the logistics capability has become an important foundation of our country economyto realize a upgrade, and has also become the important industry and new economicgrowth point of our country. In the field of logistics, as the information technologyburgeons wildly, the use of advanced information technology to promote theinformatization level of modern logistics, the management pattern and improvementof the quality of logistics, and the marketing competition ability has become aproblem that attracted wide attention. This project origins from a supply chain andlogistics SaaS operation service platform of Heilongjiang Province Postal EtolInformation Network Co. and it is a management platform with B/S architecture,which can manage each link according to the demand of transportation, complete thereal-time monitoring of transport goods orders, and deal with abnormal orders.This article gives a analysis of the requirements and technical feasibility oftransportation operation management system, and adopts the B/S architecture for thedesign and development for the system. The front page is made by Html programlanguage, adopting the CSS and JavaScript technology as auxiliary developmenttool, the system uses the Dorado framework to facilitate development of the frontpage. The system is developed in Windows operating system with Eclipse, andOracle for data storage.This article is divided into four modules: resource management module,financial management module, transportation operation module and exceptionhandling module.Resource management module mainly deals with managetransportation resources, so as to ensure the accuracy and efficiency oftransportation operation resources, and maintain the basic information of them.Financial management module is to manage the charge occurring during the processof transportation operation, and it can consists of two kinds:income and expenditure.Transportation operation module is developed to manage each process oftransportation operation, which includes the functional operation of bill acceptance,cargo ship, goods handover and consignment receipt, through to the transportprotocol in transit tracking, real-time monitoring state of transportation information.Exception handling module is to manage abnormal order information of the goodsoccurring during the transportation operation, and it can dispose abnormal ordersaccordingly.The transportation operation management system is implemented to the system requirements and design, developed in strict accordance with the order of thesoftware systems development, and meets the customer's needs of businessfunctions and performance degree. Through rigorous testing and debugging, thesecurity, accuracy and efficiency of our system have been ensured. The results hasreached the anticipation and achieved expected purpose of the research.
