With the development that electronic products becoming small size and high speed,the design and processing manufacturing process of Printed Circuit Board becomesmore complex. It is of great important significance to research on knowledgerepresentation of checkup rules and intelligent checkup method of PCB, for solving theproblems that low efficiency and flexibility of current checkup methods.Combing predicate logic with the membership function of fuzzy logic, a predicatemembership logic knowledge representation method adapting to PCB checkup rules isproposed. Through the definition of predicate membership logic method and theknowledge representation of the checkup rules, the problems that the traditionalmethods can’t uniformly represent the certain and uncertain knowledge are solved; Bydetermining the membership functions and designing the quantification editor, itachieves the quantitative rules, the problems that application and storage of knowledgein computer are solved. It has established a checkup reasoning model driven byknowledge base, methods base and assess base, achieved the intelligent checkup forPCB design data, certainly solved some problems of current checkup methods, and soon.Experiments show that the predicate membership logic knowledge representationmethod can better express the checkup rules, and lay solid foundations of knowledgerepresentation in PCB. This checkup method based on the checkup reasoning model canquickly find the design errors, and has good interaction, flexibility and expandability.Itwill study the expert experience values and find law in them, complete the deductiveinference of knowledge in the future.
