With the development of the national's economy and the technology, network is now playing a more and more role in people's work and life. More and more people take advantage of network to improve the quality of their work and life. According to the experts' survey, the commence to the network is on basis of the data-getting, and to more extends, the data-getting technology is based on the Distributed data service.The Distributed data service can be used in the trans-national enterprise and other important fields. So more technology and solutions are put out, including the Mobile Agent(MA) technology.Mobile Agent is the code that can mobile among the network, carrying the own task code, using the network's and the computers' resource, cooperating with other MAs, finishing one or more task.Compared with the other mobile code, the MA technology can use less network resource, carry the less information and can operate with high efficiency. So, use the technology to solve the distributed problem is with hot research.The paper firstly point out the current research result in the Mobile Agent and the Distributed data service fields, and then, according to the problems in the Distributed data service fields, put out the whole solution by using the Mobile Agent technology. And according the solution, construction the whole distributed data service model.In the solution, the traditional Distributed data-getting procedure is researched and modified according to the Mobile Agent advantages, to perform the high efficiency. And the Mobile Agent related technology, such as MA communication, MA security, MA cooperation technology are also used to develop the model's efficiency and reduce the network's cost.The model is used in one on-line shopping system as a data-getting sub-model. Compared to the counterparters, the model works efficiently with the more stations and large amount of the data-getting. Finally, the characteristic of the model is put out by analyzing one instance.
