SiChuan Electron&mechanical Insitute of vocation and Teachnology is a higher vocational college belonging to Pan Zhihua Iron and Steel company(Group). The college tries to change the traditional teaching model of secondary vocational education to be fit to the reform of credit system and the employee's training of Pan Zhihua Iron and Steel company(Group). In the process of development of arrangement of curriculum schedule system, it is necessary for us to consider the true situation of teching, for example, heavy task of the emplyee's technique training etc. At the same time we should ensure the normal teaching and management to common vocational college students and secondary education's students.According to the above problem, the essay takes the design and accomplishment of arrangement of curriculum schedule system in higher vocational colleges as its main researching object.
