The weak electrical system for Yong Jin Wan residence contains plenty of sophisticated sub-systems, which will be further specified in each chapter of the thesis. In summary, the sub-systems are as follow,(1) Electronic Sphere System8 security districts are established at the sphere of the residential quarter, with 29 infrared electronic detectives installed to alert and accurately locate the area in case of emergency. The main artery is equipped with 3 wide-zoomed and 6 long-distance infrared negative detectives to secure 38 districts. The control system is located in the central security area.(2). CCTV SystemClosed Circuit Tele-Vision system (CCTV) consists of 3 major parts, i.e., sphere connecting control, car-park control and the community entry & exist control, in which sphere connecting control co-works with electronic sphere system with 29 video-cameras. And another 29 video-cameras will be installed to secure car-park area. The community entry and exist will be under guardianship in the main-entry while the secondary-entry with 4 v-camera to record the community residents, workers and vehicles and one v-camera for the secondary-entry.(3). Anti-Burglar Alarm SystemAnti-Burglar Alarm System includes Door magnetic, Window magnetic and infrared curtain detectives. Indoor secure systems consist of intelligent tri-functional detectives and gas leaking detectives. All the above detectives will rely on one computer and one control key-board to manage the controllable districts and facilitate the evacuation in case of emergency. The machine can be online connected to the central security office of the community, and inform the owner or the security via phone-line anytime in case.(4). Visible-Communicating and Gate-Security SystemThe main entry of community is secured with 2 primary visible gate-control machines, working together with indoor 5 Chinese-inches size colour communicating terminals. The under-ground car-park is controlled with non-visible gate-control machines and guarding systems.For each building block, a non-visible security and communicating system is installed on the ground floor near the entry. Furthermore, for each household unit (except for those in the ground floor), the secondary non-visible communicator will be installed for owner's convenience.On the roof of commercial centre, a satellite antenna is set to receive the tele-signals through the satellite. The signals then will be transferred to all terminals after being mixed, amplified and distributed. The mixer will allow for the connection socket if there is a need for the satelliting television.In the proper position on the roof, the superstructure for satellite antenna will be reserved in design. The receiver is located in the central control office, and the equipment rooms are powered with 6KVA. Receiving and transferring for the code-secured channels will not be included in this system.(6). Back-ground Music SystemThe back-ground system is set-up for the whole community, which will be mainly located along the community main road. Installation locations and details for the speaker are shown in the Security System drawing. For the circular requirement and details, refer to the back-ground music and Emergence Broadcast System drawing. All the Circuit will lead to the central control office.(7). Car-park Managing SystemA secured Car-park is designed underground for each building. Entry and exist systems are designed to be separate. Main entry for car park is set close to the main entry of the residential quarter. The operating method is similar with other normal One-entry One-exit car parks. While in this design, peak-hour vehicle speed will be under consideration. Hence the High-Speed Traffic-Gate is adopted in the quarter, with the switching interval of 1.8 seconds. The system works together with entry pass and the pass for visible communicating system. Integrally, a One-Pass- Through system is established.(8). Electronic Patrol SystemThe system is designed as detached circuit system. The patrol stops and route refer to the engineer drawings.(9). Visible Tele-commute SystemThe system mainly consists of indoor network setting and wiring for household voice-phones. The network system will adopt super-quintuple type and double wiring system. The telephone system will follow the traditional wiring setting method.(10). Long-distance Water and Gas meter SystemThe system adopts the central meter, which is located in the property management office. The terminal meters will be under a centralized control of utilizing and managing of the water and gas for the whole community.
