Its occurrence is not only mobilecommunications technology innovation and commercial value of the expansion of space,but also mobile communication technology in Mobile Government.The first through the introduction of e-government, Mobile Government andmobile technology in Mobile Government, displayed prospects of Mobile Governmentand deficiencies for the development of mobile communications technologies existing.Then, through Interactive MultiMedia Message Service background and conceptsdescribed in the documentation process, based on the collection, use SWOT analysis,more Interactive MultiMedia Message Service integrated with other mobilecommunication technology in comparison with the value-added business advantagesand features, IMMS gradually unfolding in the field of Mobile Government prospects.On the basis of that analysis, with IMMS and Mobile Government request, I chose toLocal Taxation Bureau management system as an example for IMMS application inMobile Government. IMMS in its management system through feasibility analysis ofIMMS applications to IMMS in Personal income tax self-declaration system as ademonstration of applications directly reflected the characteristics and practical value ofIMMS. Finally, the paper summarized and presented strategies and prospects for IMMSapplications in Mobile Government.The findings should bring certain experiences on IMMS application in Mobile Government and development of Mobile Government in our country. At the same time,China's informationization construction, narrowing the digital divide initiatives, and tochange of government functions will work with the reference value.
