Direct Writing (DW), a material-adding technology, is being researched more as a new method of PCB's manufacturing at home and abroad. A novel Direct Write technology based on micro-fluid's digital jet was shown in this paper. Technology of micro-fluid's digital jet was used transferring Direct Write material, and chemical deposition of Ag produced material of conductive lines. The driving principle, equipments and character of micro-fluid's digital jet were introduced. The reagent of chemical deposition of Ag and condition of reaction was studied. Experiments of Direct Writing conductive lines were performed, equipments and steps of which were shown. It was studied that how to control conductive lines' width, smoothness of edge and thickness. Then harvest and problems of the experiments were summarized. Finally the conductive lines' surface, width, thickness, bonding strength and conductive property was measured and analyzed. A conclusion of most capacities satisfying the demands for circuit board technology was found.
