In this paper, the principle of the command guidance's control system is expatiated. The task and composition of the guide control system is introduced.A 6-DOF mathematical model of the projectile under control function is established. In order to studying the dynamic characters of the projectile, by utilizing the tiny disturbing arithmetic, the differential equation realizes linearization and gets the perturbation equations of the projectile in vertical and side. Furthermore, the transfer function of the projectile has been educed using the fixed coefficient measures. Unconcerned the coupling influence, the control system has been divided into yaw and pitch separately. The paper has paid more attention to pitching control loop. The control laws of the pitching movement are designed with frequency domain analysis, and then the parameters of the controller are chosen.In the optimization design of parameters, the Genetic Algorithm is applied into the pitching control loop of the projectile, witch has global optimization function, gets the optimization parameters by programming. Moreover, mathematical simulates has been done to the control system after optimizing in MATLAB. By comparing and analyzing the systems capability before and after optimizing in various conditions, the result shows that the dynamic performance of the system has been improved. The results shows that Genetic Algorithm is fit for the parameters optimization of the command guidance control system.
