Oa System Based On Workflow Technology And Realization

Nowadays, more and more routine of modem enterprises require joining and collaboration between several employees. Frequently, they take part in different phases and focus on different parts of a complicated task. But most of the existing information systems fall short of harmonization for multi-colleagues involved in the same task. WfMS (Workflow Management System) can efficiently solve this problem by using the workflow technology, which has absorbed the sight from research organizations and IT enterprises. Workflow technology, as a new research field, has being widely applied in the fields of manufacturing, office automation, concurrent engineering, and electronic government, etc. It is the key technology to realize modeling, optimizing, managing and integrating of enterprises' business process and also the automation of business process. The workflow technology has become an important method to smooth the business process and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper analyzes the workflow technology. Refer to the Reference Model of Workflow Management Coalition, this paper tells an intemet-based WfMS. It researches and analyzes the application of activity network diagram in the modeling of workflow management system, and detailedly designs the process model and the organization model in the process definition. This kind of WflVIS fits the variety and, complexity of the business in the OA system. Taking lifecycle of,workflow for instance, the paper discusses how the workflow engine controls the business flow. Design and implementations of the workflow engine are also given. In this paper, database technology is used to store the worktlow model and the workflow relative data. The design for the database is described as well.Web design pattern of .NET Framework which is based on to design the whole system. It can split the application into business module, application controlling module and data displaying module efficiently without worrying about coupling problems, and improve flexility of the application,then develop the system in an orderly way. It is also convenient for integration, maintenance and upgrade.
