As the improvement of the modern workshop's demand for cool supply, heating and ventilation system, how to effectively manage and control the air-conditioning equipments and ventilation equipments, how to control the reasonable use of the energy under the condition of ensuring the equipments to run in a normal state and satisfy the demand of production skills for air-conditioning system, all above have become a important subject for modern workshop design..This article comes from the No.1 motorcar company's research and development project about the automation system of the car spray-paint workshop, also it introduces the production skills and control demands of workshop air-conditioning system and ventilation system, conside the system demand as the thread of the article,it displays the following contonts concretly: the design of the whole control system, the configuration of the hardware and software, the net communication frame, the analysis of the real-time property in the net communication, the control strategy.According to the demands of the air-conditioning and ventilation system, the whole control system is divided into 8 field distributed control stations and 1 center control station. The hardware system chooses Siemens s7-300 series PLC as data acquisition and control units. We take advantage of the real-time property of PRFIBUS to realize the whole system control of every part in air-conditioning and ventilation system. Distributed air-conditioning control station connect with operation panel OP3 to finish the supervision and control of the field equipments, the center station connects with touch panel TP270 to complete the supervision and control of the whole automation system, besides, it can supply alarm function and display the real-time trend chart, the center station communication with the center control room in using ETHERNET, the senior computers in the center control room supervise and control of the system working process with the software Wincc that is a Siemens professional software to realize the data archive, supervision and control, in the article, we concretely write the contents of how to do the software configuration of OP3, TP270 and the net communication, how to programme and design the Wincc software.
