Taking example for the satellite imaging reconnaissance system, this paper designs the modeling process of the scenario model for space equipments and studies some key techniques in the modeling process.First, from the point of view of knowledge expression, we analyze the characteristics of space equipment models and the missions of space equipment scenarios, and decide to adopt the object-oriented knowledge expression to model the space equipment scenario. Based on which, we make an improvement on the modeling process of the scenario, and bring forward a modeling flow with three steps: from the conceptual model to the logical model, and, to the simulation model. And confirm UML and XML to be the model languages. The conceptual model in UML can clearly express the relations among the objects, and can be easily communicated among the engineering personnel. The aim of introducing the logical model is to guarantee the consistency in translating the pattern definition from a conceptual model to a simulation model. Adopting XML to describe the simulation model accords with the semi-structurtion characteristic of scenario data, and is also consistent with the object-oriented thought.Then we proposed a set of rules, which can exactly define the relations among the conceptual model members and make the three models be accurately converted.And last, we presented an example of scenario generation and management system design that takes the space equipments as core contents.
