Photo-reconnaissance satellites for ocean motion target is is to allocate photo-reconnaissance satellites and satellite-based sensors optimally according to the requirements of user's tactical application and the constraints of remote sensors, make imaging schedules for satellites and make the most of the limited resources by coordinating observation activities in order to satisfy realtime or near-realtime image requirement. Based on the analysis the principle of photo-reconnaissance satellite and characteristics of the ocean motion target.,explore the forecast modle and activity constructing method,found the programing model and algorithm . It is validated in the appliance. The main contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows:The first, This thesis reseach the principle of photo-reconnaissance satellite and characteristics of the ocean motion target,expatiate the characteristics of scheduling. In allusion to these characters,this thesis conceives the latency area of the target, the forcast modeling, designs the method that computes the danamic time window of ocean motion target, judges the manners of reconnaissance;and introduce the method that procedure activity constructing. Comminute the latency area to schedule.The second, based on the beforehand manage, use for reference in terms of search,probabilty of discovery is looked as the weight target for photo-reconnaissance satellites for ocean motion target. If the density of reconnaissance satellites is low ,based on the analytic geometry, establish the program model of probabilty of discovery and tried by the Greed algorithm. If the density of reconnaissance satellites is high, based on the gridding space, establish the program model of probabilty and covered area,and tride by the Genetic algorithm.At last, in the suppose, this thesis explain the program mothed of photo-reconnaissance satellites for ocean motion target by the STK and Matlab.
