Based On Cobranet Devices On A Network, The Snmp Management System Design And Realization

CobraNet audio network technology is the development trend of audio transmission and switching,as the pace of the broadcast digital and networked development is stepping.CobraNet audio network technology transmits and distributes real-time and uncompressed digital audio signal.Compared with analog,this technology not only transmits high quality audio,but also economize cost.Now many broadcasting stations , gymnasiums and meeting places start to make use of this technology to build their network systems.In order to operate and maintain these networks, network managing software aiming at application will be needed.This dissertation studies and discusses the key technologies of the CobraNet audio network technology ,Meanwhile,analyses the possibility and advantages of adopting network to transmit high quality digital audio signal.This dissertation introduces the concept of CobraNet device and audio network system,and introduces the basic theory of SNMP and administration of networks,then discusses the trend of software of administration of networks.This dissertation combined closely to CobraNet audio network technology,SNMP protocol,VC++ development platform,Socket network Programming,database technology,firstly introduces the function of this software and system design idea and gives the project .In the project ,this software system consists of four programmes. These programmes communicate by Socket and store data by SQL SERVER 2000 database system.Secondly, this dissertation concentrates on real implements and gives the function and frame of these programmes.It gives the flow for important functions.Finally, this dissertation introduces debugging and gives the result of debugging.The result indicates that the software accomplishes the network management of the CobraNet devices,and it can satisfy the application needs of broadcasting stations .The software has already used in some broadcasting stations.
