With the accelerative growth of digital technology and network technology in broadcasting field, network transmitting technology and exchange technology attracts more and more attention. The trend is to use audio network transmitting and exchange technology to achieve real-time dispatch and remote monitor of multi-signal. So, we combine CobraNet audio network technology, data transmitting technology, MCU technology and FPGA technology to develop interface and program of MCU, controlling PCB board, A/D converter PCB board, D/A converter PCB board, digital audio receive PCB board. At last, we construct a audio network and test it's performances. In this thesis, firstly, we summarize the digital and network orientation of broadcasting, the probability and merits of using network to dispatch audio signal, and the meaning of the thesis. Secondly, we present the CobraNet system and the task of the thesis. In the Chapter 3, we describe the development of I/O interface and program in MCU, and analysis the main control functions. In chapter 4, we describe the development of system hardware and cautious items in PCB design. In chapter 5, we give the testing results and analyses. Finally, the whole work of this thesis is concluded.
