Hl7-based Medical Information System That Integrates The Study Of The New Architecture

As the development of the information technology, the sub-system of the healthcare realizes its information systems in different levels. In order to resolve the problem about the data exchanging among all of heterogeneous systems, there must be architecture to support the integration among these heterogeneous systems, so as to realize the close relation, mutual restriction and data share among all the system by logical information stream.The paper discusses the standard concept and history of HL7 Standard, structure of HL7 message and expression mechanism, HL7 standard message expressing in XML mode, data exchanging principle of HL7 standard, successfully realizes the HL7 standard message building, parsing and transmitting. It also talks about the creation and concept of the middleware. Sort advantage, specialty of the middleware technology and its function in system integration are concluded. New-mode architecture designation of medical information system integrations based on HL7 and middleware technology is improved. It explains the system architecture, working mode, database process, HL7 standard message construction and resolution as well as the safety mechanism in detail.The paper studies message middleware when implication systems are integrated, and brings forward new-mode architecture which is used to integrate among heterogeneous systems based on HL7 standard and middleware .the architecture, working mode, database processing, HL7 standard message building and parsing, and data security are described in detail. Its functions are realized by several modules which have been designed .it also programs a examination module that is based on the architecture, and integrates between clinic information system (CIS) and picture achieving and communication system (PACS), exchanges five teams messages .so the architecture comes true.The architecture described in the article is proved practical through our test and usage in the PACS system exploited by Chengdu Goldisc UESTC Multimedia Technology Co.,Ltd .
