Nowadays,as the continuous warming of Internet of Things and Intelligent Manufacturing and the outbreak of Sino-US trade war,the demand for high-precision and high-sensitivity measurement is increasing day by day.The position and role of designing and using core chips and components which are completely self-controlled in our country are also constantly highlighted.It is urgent to localize and replace imported chips and components,especially in the fields of national defense and underwater.The application demand is more and more urgent,this topic arises at the historic moment under this background.Sensors,as a kind of components that can receive measured signals and convert them into display output signals according to certain rules,are the primary barriers to realize intelligent monitoring and signal feedback in the Internet of Things and intelligent manufacturing.Generally,they include sensitive parts and conversion parts.In this environment,they are more concerned and widely used.In order to strengthen the self-control of core components,promote the upgrading of sensor products and solve the practical needs of Engineering applications,this paper designs a pressure-temperature composite sensor which meets the needs of actual pressure-temperature measurement through technology accumulation,technology integration and technological innovation,and strengthens its standardization,reliability,maintainability and safety.The function and robustness of the sensor design satisfactorily solves the practical application requirements and the requirements of self-control.The main purpose of this paper is to break the inherent mode that a single measurement sensor can only measure one kind of physical quantity.On the premise of not increasing the volume and power consumption of the sensor,the number and type of measurement physical quantity are increased,the measurement accuracy is improved,the measurement error is reduced,and the pain points and needs of practical engineering are solved.Specific research methods are mainly based on technology accumulation and technology integration,incorporating the relatively new design concepts and technical means,taking the practical application of engineering as the traction,breaking the shackles that the sensor can only measure a single physical quantity,and designing a miniaturized,multi-measurement composite sensor.
