The main aim is probing how remould the CNC SCDMA core network, how promote the ability of building network , how simplify structure of network, how raise the utilize ratio of relay and how promot capacity of network so that the new SCDMA core network have ameliorate and improve at some aspects of bulidding network, safety, reliability, assert and serviles support. And then, it is have advantage of development and enlarging scale of SCDMA.Referenced structure of GSM and CDMA, the project changed mode of network of old SCDMA to a new mobile mode. The HLR and LMCC of new SCDMA core network are correspond to the HLR and LMCC of mobile network.All of data of user load in the HLR. Every LMCC is LMCC for service and every LMCC can communicate to all of HLR and at the any time ,the HLR is the only resource of users data.The signal of new SCDMA core network can be carried by IP network and be carried by SS7.The network have good expansibility and easy to enlarge the scale of network.
