Currently, TD-SCDMA, which is the third generation mobile communication standard by our own research, is being adopted in the 3G network of Mobile. Construction of TD network is vigorously promoted by our country, but the construction is only in the initial stage, lack of experience, and its operational quality is facing a severe test. Thus, in order to achieve customers'satisfaction and improve operators'benefit, carrying out optimization of the network is very important.The network optimization contains engineering optimization and operational maintenance optimization, and the network optimization department of the mobile company used operational maintenance optimization more. The workers collect the appropriate network data through the Operations and Maintenance Centre-Radio (OMC-R) from equipment suppliers, and then analyze these data according to some standards to complete the network monitoring and optimization. However, this method is inefficient and time consuming.Firstly, we have analyzed the data transfer protocol (TELNET), have found that data updating has a period of 15 minutes and the data's format is XML format, and estimate that the storage capacity of data will increase to about 300G/year. This paper achieves the ambition to provide the network optimization staff a real time data collection and flexible data query and analysis system, which improves their efficiency a lot.During the development of system, software development platform is Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, C # is used as the programming language, and the SQL Server 2005 by Microsoft is used as database. The system mainly consists of two parts:data acquisition platform and the performance analysis client platform. Acquisition platform consists of three modules:data downloading, data importing, and database platform. Finally, we have done a certain degree of research on the laws of data for the system, which mainly is traffic prediction.The performance analysis systems for TD-SCDMA network has run for half a year. The data transmission rate is 35M per hour, and every data collection takes three minutes. This system saves a lot of human resources, and improves work efficiency.
