At present, the process control of the industrial system is normally based on the field bus technology, whose control scale is restricted in a workshop or a plant. But under some special condition, it requires nobody on duty in the field, such as unattended artillery control platform, unattended power station, etc. In such case, it must deploy telecontrol technology based on the Internet whose control scale is much wider. And the developments of computer science and network technology have been providing the technical support for the industrial remote control system.According to the above reasons, on the basis of unattended artillery telecontrol, remote control technique of the digital servo system has been primarily studied in the thesis, and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation software of the telecontrol system based on Internet was developed.In the thesis, I first analyzed the fundamental principle of telecontrol system, and then I researched the system structure and control method, and proposed a C/S mode solution. The system software frame was drawing, and the design of sub-functional module of software was finished. And the techniques of network communication, the real-time control under Windows NT/2000, encryption protection of data information, and data buffer-saved was discussed detailedly in the process of system implementation. Finally, the system has triumphantly realized each function of network telecontrol, and was tested on the LAN. According to the test results, the system control precision meets the demand and verifies the validity of the system.
