Broadband Ip Man Qos Optimization Study

Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation of Broadband IP Metropolitan Area Network(BIP MAN), points out the technical feature of IP Network,and brings out the research emphasis of the BIP optimum :QoS.Then,the author introduces some concept and correlation technique of QoS with the technical and service features of the BIP, and analyses the main problems and application requirements of QoS detailed.The author compares two types of service models of QoS—Intserv and Diffserv Model. And the author expounds the deploy project and achievement mechanism of QoS in BIP based on Diffserv Model.The author introduces and analyses a typical BIP—Wuxi Telecom BIP, and expounds detailed optimum object and deploy project of it, and then the author carries out a test. As a result, the supporting and QoS ensuring capacity of Wuxi Telecom BIP is considerably promoted after this optimum project was applied.Finally this paper summarizes the author's work, and expounds the major work of the next step, and then, the author expounds some assumptions of controlled service in the future.
