The embedded clinometer, indicating the vehicle status, is an important part of the XX fire control system. The data supplied by embedded clinometer is efficacious and influencing to the fire control system. Therefore, the embedded clionmeter should be with high precision, relibility and factualism.The embedded clinometer, which uses ARM7 as the operation core to cooperate with a high performance acceleration sensor, achieves measuring the angle by real-time monitoring the acceleration. The embedded clinometer ensures its adaptability and stability by selecting industrial class chips and designing independent power system, variable insulate interfaces, power monitoring and watch dog circuit. To ensure the performance, the angle experiments and temperature experiments are made and the data are corrected.The essay herein detailedly analises the design procedure and provides complete design project and conclusion based on the built-in clinomete engineering. The embedded clinometer, which has been provieded to the factory as an accessory of the whole fire control system, basically matches the standards and has a performance.
