Generally, the system, which can acquisition, playback and analyse acceleration signal, is realized uses PC. But, the system can't acquisition mobility acceleration signal because it is too big to been toted though it has abundant functions. Whereas, the system which is realized uses embedded excogitation not only has many advantages, such as system simplification, carryhome, userfriendliness, knockdown price, but also has abundant functions. The design and realization about embedded acceleration monitor and analysis instrument are depicted detailedly. Firstly, the analisis and modeling about system are depicted uses UML which is used broadly at present. Secondly, the choice and transplantation about μC/OS—IIOS are depicted. Thirdly, the main hardware modules and their driver program and main software modules are depicted. Lastly, the system defects and amendment methods are pointed out, and the system application-foreground is brought up.The system uses low power 32-bits, microcontroller S3C44B0X and bulk Flash memory to record, playback, analyse and process the acceleration signal at real time. The system uses LCD to show the acceleration waves detected. Cooperated with buttons, it provides amicable Chinese menu and makes operation simple and convenient, and the acceleration data can be transmitted to Personal Computer by serial RS232 interface. The system can be used to monitor vibration acceleration and analyse the data, especially, it can be used in mobility situation. Moreover, the system can be used in other monitor field, such as displacement and temperature monitor field, if the sensor interface and partial software are modified.
