The purpose of this article is to achieve microminiaturization of the vibration part for carrying out the Wireless Sensor Networks. It is the prophase- discussion article. According to the development of the project, the article puts forward the technology of micro-electromechanical . systems (MEMS) to achieve microminiaturization of this part.On the basis of background of the research project, the article particularly analyzes the vibration signal and establishes the mathematics-mechanics model. These mathematics model is the theories foundations to probe vibration signal. Through this model, the connection of signal parameter can be clearly known. Much factors are considered and the sensitivity mechanism of the sensor is compared. This article puts forward resistance strain-type sensitivity mechanism to detect the vibration signal. The sensor is composed of sense organ and signal process circuit. These two parts are particularly analyzed in the paper. Size effect of micromation is discussed. These size effect take important influence to carry on the manufacture of micro-sensors. Lastly On the basis of anterior discussion, this article progress emulational analyse to this parts with using correlation software. It has a good instruction function for hereafter carrying on the manufacture of micro-sensors the factors having influence upon the properties of sensor is analyzed.
