The non- atmospheric window millimeter wave refers to the atmosphere which weakens the serious millimeter wave's band. The wave band in each kind of long-distance range ground communication or the radar work, can not apply. But, between in the satellite correspondence, the ground short distance correspondence and the short range radar, the non- atmospheric window has the better secrecy. Firstly, the paper has carried on the analysis which is the 5mm wave band's non- atmosphere window short range transmission characteristic, had the inferential reasoning work in this wave band millimeter radar range coverage and the anti-jamming characteristic, and proven the non- atmospheric window millimeter radar which is suitable for the short range survey, and has the good secrecy and the anti-jamming ability.Secondly, the paper has carried on the analysis to the millimeter wave blasting fuse near field target characteristic, and has produced a RCS measuring technique. The analysis is that non- atmosphere window triangle wave modulation millimeter wave blasting fuse slip frequency spectrum, which has completed under the triangle wave modulation slip frequency signal time domain and the frequency range analysis.Finally, I use the 5mmFMCW blasting fuse which was successfully developed to carry on the actual signal analysis. The 5mm FMCW blasting fuse is carried on the range coverage test .The 5mm FMCW blasting fuse is tested and analyzed when it and aims are simulated the junction, and we have drawn the important conclusion.
