Shandong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision entrusts Shandong Science Academe Institute of Standardization to empolder "Shandong province hazardous chemical gas cylinder managemet system based on RFID" to improve hazardous chemical gas cylinder managemet .I take part in the development from the begining to the end.The research is based on the actuality of hazardous chemical gas cylinder managemet,the problems in gas cylinder managemet,the support of the government. Using RFID can improve the managemet of gas cylinder is the significance of the research.This paper researchs some key techniques about gas cylinder managemet using RFID.For example ,how to encapsule the tag to make it don't be affected by metal or other material around. The tag encapsuled not only does'nt be affected by material but also endure acid , alkali and collision.After being encapsuled the tag can work normally when fixed on gas cylinder. This paper also researchs how to fix tag on gas cylinder to insure it is fast on gas cylinder.Using digital signature to insure the date received is authentic, integrality and undeniable. The person liable can be found easily when safety misadventure takes place.Shandong province gas cylinder managemet system based on RFID yokes the local boiler devision , the filling station of gas cylinders and the inspection station of gas cylinders with the watching and controling of gas cylinders.The system touchs every sector of hazardous chemical gas cylinder managemet.It is more useful then other system.The system has been run.The result says the system brings much economy and society benefit to people.
