Faces with the creative opportunities, the telecommunications operator is required to establish himself as the comprehensive information service provider. Furthermore, with the widespread application of Internet, it seems much more urgent to devolop new service mode and commercial mode so as to satisfy the needs for vast information and fast speed in the enterprise operation.Shandong Unicom, one of the Chinese telecommunications operators, is trying to convert itself from the network operator into the comprehensive information service provider. In order to popularize informatization service of the small and medium enterprises, Shandong Unicom has developed a wide band business stay system, abbreviated as wide band business system.Considering the concumer as the target, the information product as the objective and the Unicom as the communication channel, wide band business system is the outcome of many cooperators, including the network equipment provider, the content service provider, the system integrator, the terminal equipment producer, the specialized application developer, and the consumer.
