With the rapid development of Web applications, a variety of Web services with the same functionality appear in Internet. How to choose the Web Service that can satisfy the request best from a large number of providers becomes an urgent problem. Aiming at this problem, there appears the Qos of Web service. Currently the research of the Qos of Web service is mainly based on traditional network related Qos evaluation index. However, in the specific domain, due to the particularity of web services, some Qos evaluation indexes related to the domain become very important. The multiple facets of the Qos evaluation indexes make it fuzzy and uncertain. Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate the Qos of web service according to the evaluation indexes in accurate mathematics methods, only the use of methods in Fuzzy Mathematics can deal with it.This paper sorts and analyzes the factors influencing the Qos of web service and presents a QoS Computation Model using Fuzzy Mathematics. Using this model, the Service Evaluation Module is designed and implemented in a service composition platform IPVita(the Intelligent Platform of Virtual Travel Agency). The Qos Computation Model presented in this paper can compute the value of Qos dynamically according to the different requests of the Qos of web service from users. Apply this model in web service selection can satisfy the users' demand of selecting the best service. The use of this model in service evaluation can change the equation collections, evaluation collections and factor power influencing Qos dynamically to adapt to different domains. However, the index power in this model still needs modifications in the practice to become perfect.
