At last, we get a skeleton implementation of the service layer management system. The system mainly carries out the function of equipments management and networks management. At the same time, it can manage the lease of service and operations in the transmission network synthetically, optimize the flow of the lease of service, and improve the efficiency of the using the resource. And for the network carrier, it can build up the virtual proprietary network VPN for its customers, carry out that management of personal renting the resources, and improve the quantity of the company's service.
