With the new era of the science, computer has penetrated many parts of our life. As we analyze the international progress direction of high reliability system, which usually composed by parallel system and tolerance system, for example, on aviation, on industry control, on spaceflight and other aim of military,we need to develop a highly reliable system according to the theory of embedded system, parallel dispose and real time system. This paper introduce a total develop process of these kinds of system, and give the example for it.At the first part of this paper, we introduce the concept and characteristic of these three systems, and analyze the tolerance system and tolerance dispose in detail. Subsequently we will explain the hardware environment include software research which depended on, software design and implement. The main part of this paper is software, include initialize of the system (hardware initialize and initialize synchronization) and main body of the code. To give emphasize to system schedule and system parallel design. We will introduce typical task in the system .Continue we will give summarize of the system test, and put forward a new theory on real time system test. At the last I want to modify this system for other purpose, and give analyze of feasibility.
