The article puts forward a new digital wireless transmission system which is realized by combining a MCU as its control center with a RF (radio frequency) module .Compared with using Bluetooth technology, this resolution can guarantee the quality of the received signal even in an unstable environment, by the way the cost is quite low. The MCU is in charge of the baseband processing and controlling, and radio frequency module uses the chip, CYWUSB6934, which is produced by CYRPESS Company. Wireless data transmission is not a new conception, but the application of digital wireless transmission into turbo_generator monitoring is a breakthrough in the system which is primarily used for the measurement, analysis and diagnosis of large rotating plants like turbo-generator units. Since the wireless transmission system makes the best use of MSP430 family chip, which is effective, high speed and precision, it is specially designed for the turbo_generator monitoring which is handy or powered by batteries, or the room is very limited.
