Based On The Framework Of Collaborative Commerce Enterprise Information Portal (eip)

With the rapid development and the wide use of information technology, creating, updating, spreading and using of information are changing rapidly. The enhancement of enterprise competitive ability is more and more relying on the ability of how enterprise processes information. Therefore the importance of information increases, and pushes the progress of enterprise informazation. In order to help enterprise improve the ability of managing and using information, the academia and industrial circles bring up Enterprise Information Portal (EIP).EIP provides a kind of solution of organization, searching and obtaining the valuable information for enterprise and helps enterprise by permitting individuation function of information search, access and analyze for various users, including interior employees of enterprise, cooperators, suppliers and customers. With the help of EIP, they can make best business analysis and decisions by using effectually enterprise's information property. EIP provides a single access entrance, which reflects an essential change in enterprise information manages, namely to change a series of unattached interior and exterior tasks into integrating orderly various information.The research topic of this dissertation comes from an Enterprise Information Engineering Project of Development and Reform Committee of Yunnan Province, this project is put in practice by Kunming Yunnei Power Co., LTD. The author participates in and takes the responsibility of designing and developing an enterprise information portal. First, the author analyses the main characteristics, collaboration's concrete representation and main function module of Collaboration Commerce. Second, the author educes the enterprise information portal based on Collaborative Commerce and studies coming into being motility, definition and function possess of EIP, and analyses the characteristics of the enterprise information portal based on Collaborative Commerce. Third, according to the demand of Yunnei Power Co., LTD, the author proposes a framework to develop an enterprise information portal based on Collaborative Commerce and introducesdevelopment technique of the portal—system of Application Server lOg and development structure of Oracle Portal. Moreover, the author designs the logic structure, the technique of building framework and page function and describes the function and characteristics of the enterprise information portal designed by the author. On system development, the author takes the more important user safety management as an example in portal, and the author analyses, designs and develops detailed function module, page flow chart, database and interface. In addition, the author analyses the technique of access control base on role.The innovativeness of this dissertation is proposing a framework to develop an enterprise information portal based on Collaborative Commerce. We have established a theoretical and technical construction for developing an actual enterprise information portal. And we also have developed partial security control subsystem. Further research is to develop an actual enterprise information portal under the enterprise information portal's framework proposed by this thesis.
