Research And Application Of Collaboration Portal Based On Workflow Foundation

Microsofts SharePoint technology architecture is mainly studied in this paper,and enterprise-level integrated information management platform is built based on SharePoint system architecture.This platform implements enterprise content management,secure access of portal,enterprise search,workflow and other functions, integrates Exchange mail server and Office client,provides enterprises with a unified solution.The Similarities and differences of database and document library on data storage,NTFS and RBAC system of SharePoint on access control,SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio on workflow development are analyzed and compared with.So far, solutions based on SharePoint have not been universal,but SharePoint have advantages on rapid development and deployment and systems integration capabilities,which make SharePoint be a good solution of enterprise information construction,and have good prospects for development of applications.
