In the ues of MEMS technology, the micromachined vibratory rate gyroscopes can sense the angle rate of the moving vehicle. It is able to measure the changing kinetic situation of the gyroscopes carrier to achieve self-navigation, so gyroscopes are widely used in ocean navigation, space navigation and military. Gyroscope is a key technology that every country pays much attention to and has a bright future in application.This thesis describes a simulated modeling for a MEMS gyroscope system, which recurs the results of the interface circuit and gets the rules of electric noise transfers. In the use of simulated modeling, I get the methods to lowered the system noise and to improve the system resolution.The main work is: 1 , According to how MEMS gyroscopes, CV circuit work and the theory of signaland system, I tried to set up a simulated modeling for a MEMS gyroscope system. 2, Based on the work above, I set up a simulated modeling for the noise of theMEMS gyroscope system, according to the theories of stochastic signal. Usingthis noise simulated modeling, I can find out how the system noise transfers. 3, I gave a careful analysis on how positive feedback circuit works. I get theexpressions of sampling point voltage and the capability of the Auto Gain Controlcircuit (AGC). At last I worked out the stable sampling point theoretically andshowed how to improve the sampling point to make the loop more stable. 4, I validated the simulated modeling for positive feedback circuit, in the use ofphase noise theory. By the research of demodulation circuit, I alleged the mainnoise sources of the MEMS gyroscope system. 5, I calculated how much contribution each noise source has given to the final outputquantitively. The result can be used to order the noise sources. 6, I made the user graphical interface for the simulated modeling of the MEMSgyroscope system.Through my work, I set up a simulated modeling for a MEMS gyroscope system, and alleged the main sources of the system, and provided a reliable solution for system improvement.
