J2ee-based Business Support System Integration Framework

In order to achieve the IT stratagem of China Telecom,improve the status in market competition and information management,Zhejiang Telecom conform to ITSP plan of China Telecom, introduce advanced B/S structure and J2EE technology, integrated business surpport system and data. In detail, Based on J2EE framework, realize the CRM and kenan system with EAI.According to the idea "customer is always first",every subsystem cooperate each other with uniform interface,adopt mainstream Oracle database platform unify to store customer information via among data layer,atom service layer,interface layer,operation logic layer,interface layer intermodulation achieve operation transaction.This paper start from need of Zhejiang Telecom,put forward the shortcomings in current business support system.According to various operations of Telecom,adopt J2EE structure,achieve the integration of CRM and kenan system.The content of this thesis is listed as follows:1. Discuss the existing need and shortcomings of current Telecom business support system,put forward the target of system integration.2. Discuss the systematic structure and the layer structure of J2EE platform.The kernel technologies of J2EE,including JDBC,JSP,JavaBean,Servlet and XML are introduced.J2EE is a system that uses Java 2 platform to simplify development, deploying and management complex problem of enterprise settling project. The foundation of the J2EE provides the framework of integration middleware to meet the development of enterprise application.3. Discuss the kernel of customer relationship management software, function module of kenan software, realize the various operation rules,operation process automatic disposal and bill caculation.4. Design the interface from EAI to kenan,according to telecom various operation module ,define the criterion of interface from EAI to kenan,use in EAI Adapter with API TS . Due to the design of interface, The system achieve the connection with kenan system, achieve commutative connect between customer and kenan system, achieve the goal of integration , also bring a new method to construction of business support system.
