The electronic cabin is the key component of missilery, it takes a very important role in detecting and tracking target objects. It is significant for a electronic cabin to be debugged and checked before it is used. So providing a general and automatic testing system will do a great deal of good for weaponry.The paper discuss how to design the hardware of the electronic cabin testing system based on PCI bus, which includes the programmable signal subsystem and the data acquisition subsystem. The signal subsystem is used to simulate the signals which is detected by photoelectricity detector;the data acquisition subsystem preside over collecting the respond signals that come back from the cabin. Then the computer will judge the respond result according to the cabin technic parameter.Contraposing special demand for simulating signals, this work uses the EDA technology and high precision integrate circuit chip to design the high frequency and wide variational extent programmable signal subsystem, which includes the interface control module, control logic, D/A conversion module and output signals adjusting module. PCI bus is a high-powered local bus which has 32/64 bit data bandwidth, and our work devise the high speed multicenter data acquisition subsystem based on PCI bus which includes the signal adjustment module, A/D conversion module, digital storage module, PCI interface module and control logic. In the paper, we present these two subsystems holistic design scheme, including the function and realization of each module in detail, especially the technique of PCI interface chip, besides, we discuss how to use DriverWorks and Driver Works to design driver.Test result indicates that this testing system can completely satisfy the technical demands. By using the PCI bus technique and the Large Scale Integrated circuit, our testing system has an evidence improvement in system precision and function contrast to previous congeneric testing system.
