The computer technology is developed and general used now. Water supply corporations put water supervise control system in force so as to utilize water properly and increase management level. But except for some gigantic corps, most system presence many limitation, communication technology is not advanced, supervise control scope is not expand, responding speed is not in time, automation degree is not high. In great degree, these limitation's existence is that the structure of the water supervise control system is not sound. The research aims to build a self-contained structure model of water supervise control system, and utilize the water supervise control system of Weihai Water Supply Corp (WWS) by the model.The research is based on .NET structure, using advanced distributed computing technology, especially studies how to utilize the data exchange and command passing by both using C/S and B/S computing mode. At the same time, the process of water process and management scheme of WWS is looked into account. According to all above works, this thesis propounds and implements a kind of intelligent distributed system structure about water supply supervise-control and dispatch based on .NET.The model is classified four parts: supervise control unit, sub-station, main-station, and client-stations. The main-station is the primary supervise control center. All of the sub-stations and their supervise control unit construct the secondary supervise control networks. All parts have their own function and can change data by INTRANET. This thesis emphasizes on interface definition, security model, analyze-control unit, data-view mode and function definition of the main-station. Data exchange of sub-station and main-station is based on C/S mode. Data exchange of main-station and client-station is based on B/S mode. The system can be safer and more tolerant by using the advantages of the two computing mode.According to the fact of WWS, this thesis introduces three key technologies in the process of implementing the model. First, this thesis introduces system data structure. Second, this thesis introduces the utilization of the intellectualized control. Third, this thesis introduces the utilization of the complex data-analyze function.The model has sound system structure. Its scale can be adjusted very easily. It can be well maintained. So it can satisfy many users. Long running of the system has justified the active effect: the system can run reliable;the speed of data exchange is very high, responding speed is very quick, utilizes intellectualized control. When the system builds up, it can increase user management level, reduce water supply cost. So it can bring considerable benefit.
