With improvement of technology, Power Integrated Circuits (PIC) gets rapid development. PIC is a single chip including high voltage power devices and controlled ICs. Audio power amplifier is an important part of PICs which is widely used in consumer electronic products, and China is the most important market of consumer products and the biggest world manufacture center of the consumer products. We launch a reach on audio power amplifier.The paper focuses on circuit analysis of audio amplifier TDA7294 of ST Inc. Based on the study and simulation of internal function modules and device structures, the circuit is redesigned and manufactured with BCD technology in ASMC.The first chapter introduces background of PIC and characteristics and application of TDA7294; The second chapter covers the analysis of the internal circuit of the chip, and the redesign of audio amplifier called LS7294; Chapter 3 presents simulation results of the special devices of BCD technology with Medici and the study of extended drain power NMOS fabricated with Conventional CMOS technology; Chapter 4 covers the knowledge of BCD technology and layout design with BCD technology; The last chapter gives the summary.
