In the high-power laser system, diffraction component is often used, because of multi-order diffraction and multi-order reflection, it will cause much stray light and may focus as ghost image, and cause the damage to the system, so it is necessary to analyze the system's stray in the diffraction system, to calculate the ghost's position and power.This project is to analyze the distribution of the light in the high-power laser system, it bases on principles of ray optical, use the paraxial ray trace and real ray trace , proposes a new data structure and way to simulate the light in the optical system in the computer. In this software it can calculate the power of all order light of diffraction component according the number of step in binary surface. And combines the light trace in the traditional optical surface it can complete all light trace through the whole system. And we abandon the binary tree as data structure , replaced with multi-order tree because of the diffraction surface, this data structure can describe the trace of light vividly and effectively.The software can analyze stray light in the high-power system, the results can instruct the design, avoiding some dangerous ghost image, and improve the quality of optical system, this work is meaningful.
