Gas Stove Automatic Coal Control System Research And Implementation

Coal is an important fossil fuel in our country. With the continual rising of the price of petroleum and the increasing request of the cleanly and pollution-free fuel, as a most important technology of coal using, people are paying more and more attention to the gasification of coal. It is very urgent to apply the advanced computer control system to alter the gas generator that uses old control systems.Aimed at the current situation of control system of the gas generator in Shaoguan Smelt Company, the automatically coal-adding control system of the gas generator is developed according to the advanced, reliable and economical design rules. Integrated with the mathematic model based on materiel equilibrium, gas temperature predication model based on neural network and coal-adding coefficient model based on conditions of the generator, an intelligent and integrated calculating model of the automatically coal-adding control system, which calculates the quantities of each coal-adding, is presented in this paper. The running results show that the alteration of the control system of the gas generator is beneficial to improving the output and quality of gas, low power consummation, raises economic benefits in gas generator.At last, the paper introduces the implementation of hardware and software. This work secures the successful control of gas generator.
