Based on the specific item of public industry and scientific research ,which is the synthetic measurement and detection technology research on climate observation taken on by the 49th institute affiliated China electronic technology combine, this dissertation is written .This dissertation perform a research on the Humidity Generator System which is main system generate humid gas . It analyzes Humidity Generator system in mechanism and characteristic of every part, and adopts correspond control. The saturated container is the core of the Humidity Generator System, and this dissertation focuses on researching on the temperature control, relative humidity control of the saturated container, outlet gas temperature of the surface exchanging heat container and its cold water flux and so on.According to method of mechanism analysis, this dissertation builds up the model of the control object of the Humidity Generator System, and build up mathematic model of main part of Humidity Generator system. Then it analyzes control methods of the basic control unit of Humidity Generator System, which are the ingoing gas temperature control unit and ingoing gas relative humidity control unit, and analyzes systematically control principle of Humidity Generator System. It builds up simulation and control system of Humidity Generator using Matlab/Simulink based on the theory analysis. Furthermore, the dissertation proposes two cascade control systems, one for the control of temperature of the saturated container and the other for the control of relative humidity of the saturated container. The result of simulation experiments proves that the designed cascade systems are able to keep it in set points and the control performance is satisfying.The dissertation use PID controller of Back Propagation Neural Network and classical PID controller theory to design control system of Humidity Generator System. A NN-PID controller which tunes core parameters of the PID controller, which are kp,ki,kd ,using the BP Neural Network algorithm. The Back Propagation Neural Network PID controller and Classical PID controller are applied to the temperature and the humidity control of Humidity Generator System. Comparing heir results, the results of simulation experiments demonstrate that the NN-PID controller is better than the classical PID controller and it has good self-adaptive capacity. BP NN-PID controller has a good control quality.
