The Design And The Realization Of The System Of The Telephone Complain And Repairing

As the development of our economic reconstruction and reforming, the manufacturing, telecommunication and service industries are also becoming prosperous. Therefore, it is the vital goal for companies and businesses to know the customers/potential customers need well in time.To serve the purpose of obtaining customers feedback in time, This paper have developed a general system of Telephone Complaint & Repair Service, which, with the help of a computer and a relevant voice adapter, can get the users complaint and service request quickly and exactly; meanwhile it can also classify customers request and choices. This mini system can not only make telephone service request automatic, but also can pass the users complaint to the staff concerned.The function of notifying /reminding customers charge bill can be designed and developed upon special request.This paper gives the system's design, development and working process in details.
